This programme is designed for science technicians who are new to their role. They may be new to the equipment and activities found in school science departments and/or may not have a background in science.

It comprises of the following three CLEAPSS introductory courses run over consecutive days:

• Day 1 - Health & safety for Science Technicians
• Day 2 - Introduction to supporting Biology & Chemistry teaching
• Day 3 - Introduction to supporting Physics teaching
